About the event
Cabal is hosting an evening event for our community and guests focused on how founders are practically using AI inside their businesses today. The session will bring together an intimate group of founders and operators to share real experiences with AI tools, workflows and implementation with a focus on practical insights and honest discussion.

Robbie Tillard - GM EMEA, Lorikeet
Robbie has spent his career building products at the frontier of AI, LLMs and behavioural science in tech, leading product teams across unicorn and Series A-D start-ups. At Lorikeet he works on AI-powered support tools for fast-growing companies. Robbie will share how he’s using Claude Code in development workflows.
Lucy Postlethwaite - AI Readiness Consultant, Practical AI
Lucy helps businesses build confidence and capability around Generative AI adoption, focusing on integrating AI into existing workflows rather than layering tools on top of processes.
She’ll share a practical perspective on AI adoption and governance within teams, and will also be offering attendees a discount on her ‘AI Sense Check’ - an honest conversation about where AI is really landing in your business and what foundations need to be in place.

Dan Joyce - Co-Founder, Cabal & Owner BBQ Land
Dan previously co-founded the 105-store retail chain RedRoomDVD, acquired by the Blockbuster Group in 2013. He later served as European GM for SafetyCulture, scaling ARR to $20m+ and building a team of 100+ in Manchester. Dan will share how he’s experimenting with vibe coding using Lovable in his business BBQ Land.
