We took on the challenge of crafting a manifesto for Cabal.
We found this to be a daunting task. Lysa and I are really clear that we're laser focussed on creating small, trusted peer-groups of founders. However articulating our raison d'etre as a concise statement took some work. The result feels very motivating.
We hope it resonates with some founders out there.

In a world of surface-level interactions, we're here for real connections - the kind that build trust, spark ideas, and drive growth.
We create spaces where business leaders come together in small, trusted groups to have honest conversations, share experiences, and inspire one another.
For us, trust is everything. It's what allows people to show up fully, listen deeply, and build genuine relationships.
We're endlessly curious-about each other, new ideas, and what's possible. And we aspire to more. More depth, more growth, more purpose.
